Our organization was founded in 2017 to meet the growing need for specialized support for Highly Sensitive Persons (HSPs), Empaths, and compassionate leaders navigating the challenges of burnout, vicarious trauma, and compassion fatigue. With over 20 years of clinical, counseling, and holistic health expertise, we recognized a gap in services for those who dedicate their lives to caring for others. Our mission became clear: to provide a safe, nurturing space for individuals who are caregivers, helpers, and healers, helping them address anxiety, depression, life transitions, and unhealed trauma in a way that honors their unique experiences.
What began as a vision to support empathic leaders has evolved into an integrated approach that combines holistic healing, somatic methods, and evidence-based psychotherapy. Over the years, we’ve expanded our focus to include Neurodivergent Women of Color, offering therapeutic coaching that addresses challenges with executive functioning, social skills, and emotional intelligence. At Healer’s Haven, our journey has been guided by a deep understanding of our clients’ needs and a passion for helping them rediscover balance, resilience, and joy.
